Role Summary
- Supporting day-to-day ICT infrastructure operations including device management, user provisioning, network administration, system monitoring, and IT service support.
- Managing and troubleshooting both macOS and Windows devices across the organization.
- Working with identity and access tools such as Active Directory and Google Workspace.
- Assisting in managing distributed workspaces across Malé, Fuvahmulah, and Addu interconnected through VPN tunnels.
