- Administer Microsoft 365 organisation-wide (mailboxes, identity, licensing, security policy) and resolve all staff email, account and device problems.
- Manage hybrid server infrastructure across on-premises hardware and DigitalOcean cloud, with Nginx and Caddy reverse proxies, systemd services and PM2/Supervisor workers.
- Administer the internal network, ZKTeco biometric access-control devices and the Hikvision CCTV estate, including installation, fault repair and hardware replacement.

- Automated laptop handover agreement generation and tracking with Google Sheets and Apps Script, making onboarding and device assignment faster for new and existing staff.
